Commission calculation
In Scheme A, our agent bonus is calculated by the net revenue.
If the Revenue is below ₹10,00,000, then the commission will be 30%, on Net Profit If the revenue between ₹10,00,000 – ₹15,00,000, then the commission will be 35%. Likewise this percentage will vary up to 50% as mentioned in beside picture.
For Example with below chart: A is the agent of the website, no matter how many member he recruits, So total Revenue from his side is 44,30,539.81. From this we can say he is in 45% sharing slab. So his commission will be calculated as follows.
*Net Profit = Revenue – 10% of Deposit – Rebate – Promotion bonus.
*Deposit administrative cost = 10% * 65,08,300 =6,50,830
*Rebate: 95,845
*Promotion bonus: 17,100 Net Profit = ₹ 44,30,540-₹6,50,830-₹95,845-₹17,100=₹36,66,765 Agent Commission : 36,66,765*45%=₹ 16,50,044.25
